Exceptional customer service experience! They made my purchase flawless and simple throughout each step of the process. The paperwork took less than an hour total. I will definitely be recommending them to others. Brent Cassady is very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to what I wanted, presented many options and made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured or pushed to make a decsion before I was ready. They were very upfront and did not try to upsell unnesccesary items or take advantage. No hidden "extra fees" like many local dealerships. Offered a reasonable price from the start without the back and forth. I got a fair price for my trade in. I received an excellent price on the car I purchased. When comparing cars available on Autotrader and also inventory through the big name dealer complexes that advertise heavily, it wasn't even a close comparrison. The car I purchased has significantly fewer miles, a better trim level and feature package for a much lower price than what other dealerships offered. They provided a clean report and service history on the VIN number. The car is clean, detailed and in excellent condition.There was one tiny minor scratch on the paint I was made aware of otherwise I would not have noticed. I appreciate that detail was disclosed. They went above and beyond assisting with getting window tint set up and an aftermarket accesory I requested. They recommended a reputable auto insurance agent to compare quotes and ensure I was recieiving the best deal. There is a reason they are able to rely on repeat customers and referrals rather than focusing on advertising and marketing efforts. Each member of the staff I worked with had been there for several years and knew what they were doing. It is always a good sign when a dealership has low turnover. I'm a particular person and they met or exceeded each request I made. They treat customers right! Overall great expreience and would highly recommend.

Brad took very good care of everything my car was in need of. This was my first visit to Tom Roush as I always went to the dealership I bought my car from. But, since they were less than 5 minutes from my house, I was hoping I would have a great experience, and I wasn't disappointed. Roush has totally transformed my lease experience. This is the first non-domestic car I have leased. The fit and finish on my Mazda CX-5 is incredible. I am totally happy with my choice. We have always received fast friendly service at Tom Roush Mazda. We like the new policy of scheduling our next appointment ahead of time. Since we have to travel over an hour to get to Tom Roush Mazda at Westfield, IN we enjoy the comfortable waiting area. The free hot chocolate/coffee is great! The service is always done correctly and the free car wash is an added perk.
