Although I had first found the car I was interested in the Roush lot, I checked with other friends who had bought their Mazda from Roush. All replied with positive experiences concerning their purchases. For me, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had, especially for buying a used car which has a few extra risks and challenges associated with it. I was treated very well and fairly throughout the entire process. My wife and I were very impressed and very comfortable with each individual we worked with and of the part of the organization they represented beginning with the sales, then the business office, and finally the service department. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Mazda to go to Roush first. I will return there when considering my next car. UPDATE - 10 YEARS LATER: I still, and even more so would rate Tom Roush Mazda with 5 stars. We still have the Miata and go to them when parts and service are needed. The main reason: Tom Roush treats us as one of their family, not as a customer. It seems most everyone there does what they can do to work with you to make any experience with them a good one. This week I went in for some minor trim parts. Ike made me feel so welcome and invited me in his office area to go over the online illustrations and text to ensure that the correct parts were ordered. He took care of me and I had everything the next day. Although I do most of my own service, they have the skills and equipment to take on the challenges that exceed my garage limits. Work performed for me was done promptly and additional issues were discussed for my awareness or need to resolve in a future visit. I still strongly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Mazda to go to Roush first.
