Brad took very good care of everything my car was in need of. This was my first visit to Tom Roush as I always went to the dealership I bought my car from. But, since they were less than 5 minutes from my house, I was hoping I would have a great experience, and I wasn't disappointed. Brad was very easy to work with and called before doing anything extra. I will continue to have my car serviced at Tom Roush, Westfield.

we visited this building while we were test driving the mitsubishi outlander next door. the place looked cool with modern styling. the seating and amenities were good, had free coffee and tv to watch while waiting.
