Friendly staff. No pressure. Really enjoyed working with Lee Wildermuth. Too many salespeople want to push you into the "deal of the day." Lee got to know us. Listened to what we needed and where we wanted to be from a budget standpoint. Then talked about our options before ever showing us a vehicle. He spent time getting to know us. We never felt rushed. Or pressured.

We were quite disappointed here. We got there an hour and a half before they closed and they were not interested in giving us a true quote on how much a car would be. They did let us drive a car. However, when we started talking price, all he would give us was a ballpark figure. Even when we asked specific questions all we got was vague, ballpark answers. We went to Penske Honda the next day and bought a car there.

Brad took very good care of everything my car was in need of. This was my first visit to Tom Roush as I always went to the dealership I bought my car from. But, since they were less than 5 minutes from my house, I was hoping I would have a great experience, and I wasn't disappointed. Brad was very easy to work with and called before doing anything extra. I will continue to have my car serviced at Tom Roush, Westfield.

As usual, the service at Tom roush Mazda was excellent! Yvonne and Scott kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle. When it ran a little long, they made sure to let me know that they could provide a loaner car if I needed to go to an appointment since it was unexpectedly taking a little longer. Of course Jim Skinner, the sales manager, checked on me as well to make sure I was completely comfortable in the waiting area and asked how our 3(!) Mazdas were doing! If you've not purchased a car here, you should definitely give them a try!! They treat you like family!
