This past September, I purchased a new cx-9. I actually did not buy it from Tom Roush due to another dealer luckily having what I wanted. However, I am using Tom Roush for service. I can only say I’m very impressed. The first service was reasonably priced and straightforward. The staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed the video update of my car’s service, and I waited very little in the pleasant and stocked waiting area. This my family’s first Mazda, and the service dept makes you feel like you own something special.

We test drove two Lincolon Automobiles, a MKT and an MKX. Loved the MKX and will be buying next year. What was most impressive is the sales representative that worked with us, ask for Lance. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I only wish they had a location on the south side of Indianapolis.

Love this service center. While I wait In the waiting area, I’m getting a video of the service area going the work I was there for and the final result. Really glad I bought from this dealership. The buying process was painless and seamless, so is the service.

My car does not make noise anymore. Though I am disappointed that my Mazda3 needed to have new front wheel bearings (both sides) after only 140,000 miles, I do appreciate the quality work performed by the Tom Roush staff.
