I would not suggest buying a car from this dealership. I had to fight for six months to get a repair done and they still haven't done it. I was told repeatedly that a part on my car had been repaired but when I called Ford customer service to find out what work had actually been done they told me a very different story. The service manager lied to me repeatedly and no one from this dealership has ever returned a call or done anything unless I came in and made it happen. They're nice when they sell you the car but once you sign the contract that's when their hospitality ends. I would not buy a car here especially if you're in your early 20's because they very clearly take advantage of younger buyers who are new to car ownership.

During our regular service visit, the service writer suggested that we take care of our 60,000 mile maintenance items. Our car was just over 58,000, but since we hadn't thought of it, the suggestion was helpful. It saved us a trip from the Kokomo area to get it all done at that time. We appreciate that!

The many YouTube videos I watched to learn how not to get ripped off had me very suspicious and skeptical going into meet Larry about purchasing an automobile. He proved he and the dealership were nothing like the internet warns of. The interactions were straightforward, clear, transparent, and never uncovered any "gotchas"! I drove away with confidence. Highly recommend Larry and the dealership to anyone who would rather be in a dental chair than buying a car.
