Such an amazing experience with this dealership today. I didn’t need to wait and was taken care by Dylan Cole. He handled all my car needs efficiently and answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable way. I placed an order for parts and was very happy with the prices and the free delivery to the store. This is the 4th car we have bought from Tom Roush and we have been extremely happy with all of our purchases! They sales people, especially Jim Barber, are knowledgeable, not pushy, and gave us a great buying experience. Also, their service department is also honest. My son's older car needed to be fixed and the price they quoted was right on to what a friend of mine's quote was (he was also a mechanic). Highly recommend this dealership!

Mike Heir is the guy! He worked with us to get a great deal. My wife and I are not quick decision makers at all. He stayed with us about 30 minutes after the lot closed on a Tuesday afternoon, let us take a car home for an overnight test drive, then came in Wednesday morning on his day off to finish the deal... a deal that originally was only going to be one car but became two cars overnight as there was also a car on the lot that my wife really liked! A couple of hours later, my wife and I drove away with a 2015 Ford Fusion and a 2015 Ford Escape. Mike has been in touch several times just to check on us and make sure we are happy. I would highly recommend Tom Roush!
