Mike, Brian, Chris, and AJ the General Manager were especially helpful, patient, honest, and never pushy. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our decision. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and well organized. The entire process was smooth and transparent with no surprises. We truly appreciate how easy and stress-free this process was. Couldn’t be happy with our sales person, Roger and sales a manager, I believe his name was Jim. The sales manger made sure we had whatever was available to us as far as incentives for the month of June before we were ready to sign the deal. Something we were not aware of at the time. He made sure we were and that saved us additional dollars. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for a car to look at Tom Roush dealership before buying a new car.

My wife and I love our new 2021 CX30! The perfect car. For us! Becky in sales was great, can’t see us buying a car from anyone else in the future. Finance department was thorough and fast and dare I say... enjoyable? Thanks Tom Roush! Mazda’s are the car to buy and this is dealer to buy it from in Indy!

All I can say is my experience was fantastic! Went to look for a specific vehicle they had, salesmen Brent Cassidy approached us and helped us. We test drove it immediately and liked it as expected! He wanted to proceed, we told him what we wanted and what we could do. He asked for a chance and we gave it to him. He was able to do everything we asked the first try and kept his word on everything he promised. Fantastic service and sales from a new and used car dealership! Highly recommend them!
