Took my new CX 5 for first oil change/ tire rotation. Turn time on service was very good and their waiting area was very comfortable. The service area was very nice and they guys were great to work with. They have a repeat service customer. Thank you all very much!!

I absolutely love this location. The Service Department and my Advisor, Tammy, are amazing. The only place that touches my Lincoln (they still have Lincoln specialized mechanics at this location). Customer Service compares to none. I’d give them 20 stars if I could. Tammy, my advisor, definitely deserves recognition. Did I tell you that she is amazing? She is!!!

Arrived on time and service tech was ready for me. Completed work in the predicted amount of time. Waiting are was modern and clean with free water and WIFI. No issues
