Im not writing this for me nor the team at Tom Roush. Im writing this for you, the person on the hunt for the best deal and the car/experience you deserve. Ive worked hard, just like the rest of you! Buying a new car shouldn't have to be stressful or anxiety ridden. I live in Indy, searched and contacted nearly every dealer in Indianapolis and as far as Cincinnati. My first call was Roush, and my last call was Roush. Believe me when i tell you, dont waste your time thinking you're last call is going to be anyone other than Roush. But do your diligence. Call compare, contrast and get the best price you can. Im telling you, it will be from Roush! For me it was all about the best price. What i came to find out was that it is infact also about the experience. YOU WILL NOT HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE, OR GET A BETTER PRICE ANY WHERE ELSE! If you get the chance to work with Brent Cassady, lucky you! Guys amazing and extremely passionate about what he does. He will not, cannot, hands down refuses to be beaten and will make this venture enjoyable. Im here to tell you as well, while anyone you may deal with over there is going to do the same for you. Brents your guy! His 30+years of experience has likely rubbed off on every salesperson on the floor, making Roush the well deserved final destination everyone of you who takes the time to read this will choose. I rarely write reviews, im not a writer, i gain nothing from putting this out there. Im just a guy who wanted a car for his family, and got so much more! I hope this message helps you. Made an appointment for an oil change. Easy check-in. Waited no more than 40 minutes in a nice clean waiting area and they let me know the work was done. I was prepared for a longer wait but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. Easy check out. Will go back for my next service.

If you are looking to buy a new SUV: Go to Tom Roush Mazda and try a CX5. We've been driving Honda CRVs for years, and Mazda's doing SUVs as good or better than Honda (and the CX5's are just way cooler, IMO). And if you're thinking about a Nissan, go in and ask for Andre Kennedy. He was our sales agent for the CX5, and is so good he's been promoted to manage the Nissan operation at Tom Roush in Westfield. We are not certain if he ever sleeps. If you get any other vehicle, people might cover it with Post-It notes, and you don't want that to happen.
