This was my first experience purchasing a Mazda and working with Tom Roush. After looking at other dealer locations, I settled on the Tom Roush facility for three primary reasons. 1. They had a decent stock selection of the vehicle I wanted 2. The Tom Roush Mazda dealership is within my community and I felt a sense of loyalty during these tough times to support a local business. 3. I liked the free car wash option when purchasing a vehicle at Tom Roush. The purchase experience went well with the help of two Tom Roush employees. Lee Wildermuth in Sales and Tarek Rahmany in Finance. Both of which did a nice job of explaining the process well. The vehicle is nice and looking forward to the summer. Hope to see Tom Roush hang in there during these difficult days of business.

My wife and I have had some awful experiences buying cars at dealerships over the years. So, we were expecting more of the same from this place. To our delight and surprise, it was a fantastic experience. We worked with Freddie. He was immensely friendly and helpful. We felt no pressure to buy (he let my wife and I talk alone whenever we had any decisions to talk over). He answered all our questions and was very fun to talk to. We felt very well taken care of. Once we found the car we wanted, Freddie passed us on to Mo to finalize the details. Mo was very patient and was willing to answer all of our many questions before we signed anything. Freddie checked in with us to make sure we still love the car we bought. If you are looking for a team of people to take great care of you without any pressure, this is the rite place to go. Just ask for Freddie!

I have one name for you: Johnny Much!!! Make sure you ask for him in sales. Knowledgable, patient, informative, thorough, not pushy and easy to work. Had a great experience with him which ultimately led to my decision to buy. Highly recommend working with him if you're ever in the market for a vehicle.
