This was my first time having my CX 5 serviced at Tom Roush. The service department did a GREAT job. There was no attempt to upsell me for services that were not required, the work was done quickly and professionally, and the price was fair. I will be back!

We had the benefit of being able to compare some other brand used cars that were also on the lot. They were ones that we had also considered purchasing, but when we checked them out this time, it became apparent that they really weren't going to fulfill what we needed. Fortunately there were several models of the CX-5 vehicles available. Our salesman, Jim Barbour, was able to suggest one that he thought would be a good choice. We were able to test drive it and also take our grandson along to see if there was enough room for him too. This had become one of the issues that was driving our desire to change vehicles. This model had most of the features we were looking for and was priced at an affordable level.

Larry Graves did a terrific job showing me and my Wife the car options available in our price range, and then, when we picked out a car, he walked us thru all the new electronics, that we were not familiar with. and then Moe, made the financing part, quick and easy
