We have always received fast friendly service at Tom Roush Mazda. We like the new policy of scheduling our next appointment ahead of time. Since we have to travel over an hour to get to Tom Roush Mazda at Westfield, IN we enjoy the comfortable waiting area. The free hot chocolate/coffee is great! The service is always done correctly and the free car wash is an added perk.

I thought this was important to share. I happened to be in the Indianapolis area for the weekend (from PA) and I plan to buy a car in the near future. I was considering Mazda and had some time to browse the dealership. The salesman, Roger, promptly came out, greeted us and spent time showing us any model we were interested in and answered any questions possible. We did explain to him that we weren’t in the position to buy a car that day and we didn’t want to waste his time. This did not change Rogers customer care. He continued to show us options and provide information. I dearly wish that I was able to buy a car that day, but sadly I was only in the area for the day. I will be choosing Mazda because of Roger and believe that he deserves to know that he provided the best customer service possible!
