We stopped in for a simple test drive, and walked out with a gorgeous, new CX-5! So fortunate that Brent Cassady was my salesperson! From the first moment, he was personable, knowledgeable and truly focused on what I wanted in my next ride. So many times, salespeople try to sell, instead of being interested in what, I, as a customer want. My husband and I felt the pricing conversation was negotiated pleasantly, and we felt no hard press. We decided to buy right then and there. All in all, this simple test drive-visit turned into a great customer experience! Hmmm, perhaps that’s what “CX” stands for in “CX-5”. Glad we went to Tom Roush Mazda. Thanks again, Brent!

Not happy with tire balance and rotate that was done that I did not schedule. Scheduled online for oil change only says nothing about tires balance and rotate. Not to mention once I left my wheel shook like crazy had to go back and they said one of my tires was off balance? Hello shouldn't you have seen that the first time not have me drive it and have to come back. No refund offered just put tires back how they was so therefore no balance and rotated really done! A time before this they didn't put antifreeze in during an oil chnage, Causing me to buy some because my car was overheating on 31! Not pleased.
