Always a good experience with these guys. Staff is not pushy and the service department excels. They do not nickel and dime you over unnecessary maintenance OR fight you if you choose to defer items on your work order. They live up to Mazda's rising expectations

I had a great experience purchasing my 2016 Ford Fusion at Tom Roush! Brent Cassady is a great guy. We went there to look at another Ford fusion we found online, but it had sold the day prior. Brent quickly showed me 4 other Ford Fusions to choose from that were price very similar to the one we seen online. He grabbed the keys and showed me the cars. The whole process was a "No Hassle Process" Greatly Appreciated! I absolutely love my new Ford Fusion. Thanks Brent!

Made an appointment for an oil change. Easy check-in. Waited no more than 40 minutes in a nice clean waiting area and they let me know the work was done. I was prepared for a longer wait but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. Easy check out. Will go back for my next service.
