I first saw the car while doing a search on Truecar in early February 2017 for a vehicle to replace my Volkswagen tdi when they would buy it back March 15, 2017. They was very willing to work with my constraints. Kathy was my initial contact. She responded promptly with detailed vehicle information and set up my test drive. My salesman Lance took my deposit and agreed to hold the car for a month until I could surrender my VW and receive my buyback money. When I decided not to wait for the buyback money and purchase the MKZ early it was scheduled within 2 days. I didn't really pay attention to the time when I got there, but I would say that the entire purchase took an hour or less with Brock, the Finance Manager. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and the vehicle.

I loved it! I have no credit and my car engine blew, they got in a car with a great rate in ONE day!! Lance was super nice, I'm very busy and he was able to do most of the work over the phone at my request. I got a loan in no time for a 2003 Mazda 6. I've had zero problems. I told Lance I wanted a car with good gas mileage because I drive ALL the time and this car is amazing! My loan is for 2.5 years but there's no penalties for paying it off early. I couldn't recommend a better place. Top of the line people, and cars!
