Performance wise, I think they do a good job. Parts people are great. But customer service from the Service side is deteriorating. Could be due to the summer and busyness: they seem to be short staffed and always in a rush not having time to communicate with customers about status or other important things customers need communication for

After several other dealerships experiences, walking into Tom Roush Mazda was so inviting, calm and wonderful. NO pressure, great help, and no leaving me to speak to my manager routine. I was personally thanked by one of the managers for stopping by (and purchasing a car). Family owned and run businesses are truly the best.

I absolutely love this location. The Service Department and my Advisor, Tammy, are amazing. The only place that touches my Lincoln (they still have Lincoln specialized mechanics at this location). Customer Service compares to none. I’d give them 20 stars if I could. Tammy, my advisor, definitely deserves recognition. Did I tell you that she is amazing? She is!!!
