We were given a very fair amount for our trade in, these guys were straight forward and honest. Very happy and relaxed atmosphere that the Roush family has created, they are spoken very highly about by their employees. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I have never had a bad experience here. The reps are nice and efficient. The service is done correctly the first time...shout out to the people who actually do the work...If I have things to do, I get a loaner, I've been driven home and picked up and I've waited and the job was done right on time. The waiting area isn't as fancy as others I've visited, but I don't need fancy coffee and a huge selection of snacks, I want a car that runs and people who will make that happen. I also think that the prices are fair. I wondered if I should take my latest problem to someone closer to home and thank goodness I didn't as the part was covered under an extended warranty! I don't have an extended warranty, the part was given an extended warranty by Lincoln. So my six year old car received a covered repair. Shout out to Lincoln! Thank you to everyone, especially Corey.

Very bad experience so far. Sold me a vehicle with mechanical issues. I have to spent more money to fix than I paid for it that Is Within 3 weeks.
