Great Car - Horrible Sales Experience - test drove the Mazda 6 and really liked it but after sitting alone at the salesman's desk for 10-15 minutes to have him show up eating a bag of chips, ask 3 yes/no questions and disappear for another 10-15 minutes our shopping was done - when we went to get the keys to my car back, the salesman got downright angry at us. Not the experience we expected.

Tom Roush Auto Group in Westfield is awesome! Just bought a new Eclipse Cross from Brad William's and did my financing with Moe Rasim. They we both awesome to work with and got me in and out of there quicker than any other time I have bought a car! They are great! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

Fair, honest pricing for service! We had a bad experience at another Mazda dealer for service and when our 2018 6 needed a diagnostic I decided to bring it here since the reviews were good. And the reviews were right! I thought them sending a video of the inspection findings was so cool and informative; in all the years I’ve had Mazdas, I’ve never had that! My service writer Jon was kind, informative, and so understanding when it came to explaining what needed to be done and what we could wait on based on cost. Being able to text him and see what’s happening was also so convenient. Getting a loaner when the work was expected to take a few days was hassle free. And our car was done right on time! She runs like a dream now! Every person I came in contact with at this dealership was polite and friendly. Thank you to everyone here, I will be back for any of my Mazda needs!

My new car purchase was actually a very enjoyable transaction. Mike Spear was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and the negotiation was transparent and open. I am pleased with the deal I got, and I think Tom Roush Mazda is happy also - the way it should be!
