Fair, honest pricing for service! We had a bad experience at another Mazda dealer for service and when our 2018 6 needed a diagnostic I decided to bring it here since the reviews were good. And the reviews were right! I thought them sending a video of the inspection findings was so cool and informative; in all the years I’ve had Mazdas, I’ve never had that! My service writer Jon was kind, informative, and so understanding when it came to explaining what needed to be done and what we could wait on based on cost. Being able to text him and see what’s happening was also so convenient. Getting a loaner when the work was expected to take a few days was hassle free. And our car was done right on time! She runs like a dream now! Every person I came in contact with at this dealership was polite and friendly. Thank you to everyone here, I will be back for any of my Mazda needs!

I was treated with respect and both the sales associate, Andre, and the manager, Chris, were attentive to my objectives for a new car purchase. They listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile to provide it. Andre was very patient and thorough. When I drove off the lot I felt well oriented to the vehicle’s features and felt comfortable that I had made a good purchase decision. We have enjoyed a long term relationship with Tom Roush for almost 30 years. During that time we have leased two Lincolns and purchased two Mercurys, one used Ford, one Lincoln , and two Mazdas. In all cases we felt the Sales representatives to be fair and honest, the service team to be knowledgable, and everyone to be a pleasant and efficient team. Every time we have looked elsewhere we wound up back at Roush.
