The display room is impressive, modern, and very nice. We were greeted immediately by a knowledgeable sales rep and guided towards a model that was right for us. We were given the opportunity to test drive as many cars as we wanted and every question was answered professionally with good advice, as I haven't bought a new car in years this was important. The selection was good and the dealer was willing to work with us to help us find a price point that felt comfortable. Subsequent visits have proven to be just as reliable, with a sales associate always greeting us right away and helping with any questions or financial concerns.

Great service, they put my concerns first and went well out of their way to resolve a very thorny issue to my satisfaction. Scott in particular went to bat for me with Mazda corporate to resolve a warranty question. This dealership has one of the best service departments I've ever dealt with... and I've dealt with a lot of them, both mass brands and premium brands as well; they even provide loaners, which a lot of mainstream brands do not. Even premium brands in the Indianapolis area that I've dealt with are inferior to Tom Roush.
