This is the 4th car we have bought from Tom Roush and we have been extremely happy with all of our purchases! They sales people, especially Jim Barber, are knowledgeable, not pushy, and gave us a great buying experience. Also, their service department is also honest. My son's older car needed to be fixed and the price they quoted was right on to what a friend of mine's quote was (he was also a mechanic). Highly recommend this dealership!

They allowed me to come in early so I could make a business meeting and they worked me in. They told me it would have me out in about an hour which I was happy with but they had me done in 30 minutes! They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and my car was cleaned! Great experience and great value!

My wife and I recently purchased two new vehicles at Tom Roush and the experience was excellent all around. Things are crazy in the car market these days, and I'm a picky buyer, so when the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, JT and the team at Tom Roush were able to find me exactly what I wanted on its way from Japan. The global supply chain and logistics problems meant that it took my car more than a month longer to get here than we anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. While other dealers we shopped at were using the current supply problem as a reason to add markups of anywhere from $5k-$15k, we were met with no such games at Tom Roush. It was clear throughout the entire process that they strive to take great care of their customers.
