My wife and I recently purchased two new vehicles at Tom Roush and the experience was excellent all around. Things are crazy in the car market these days, and I'm a picky buyer, so when the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, JT and the team at Tom Roush were able to find me exactly what I wanted on its way from Japan. The global supply chain and logistics problems meant that it took my car more than a month longer to get here than we anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. While other dealers we shopped at were using the current supply problem as a reason to add markups of anywhere from $5k-$15k, we were met with no such games at Tom Roush. It was clear throughout the entire process that they strive to take great care of their customers.

The service department is terrible. They have attempted to charge me for two safety issues, claiming they were out of warranty. For the first issue, they refunded my money after verifying that it was covered under warranty. For the second issue, they wanted to charge me for "damage I supposedly caused to the circuit board." However, when I went to another Mazda dealership, they identified the actual problem, which was not the circuit board at all. Both times, I interacted with the service advisor, Scott. While he is polite, he seems primarily focused on making money. It’s deeply concerning and disheartening how they handle these situations. Out-of-warranty repairs mean more money for Scott. The commissioned environment is evident in their blatant disregard for customers who are under warranty. Unfortunately, this is the closest dealership to me, but I am willing to drive to other Mazda dealerships to avoid being scammed Edit: Adding to this review based upon the response. Mazda has already supposedly spoken to Service Manager Matt. I’m aware of your Google ratings - I can read. But I’m questioning if you can…seeing as how you’re unable to locate my last two records of appts where I was seen both times.

I got a new Mazda 6 earlier this month and I must say this has been such a wonderful car buying experience. I visited a handful of dealers before I got in touch with Lee and I can definitely say he is THE MAN. I asked him a million questions at 9 pm in the night and he answered everything and made me feel extremely comfortable. If you are looking to buy a car, I would definitely recommend this dealership to you.

The Tom Roush dealership is a very friendly place to visit. I have found their staff to be very helpful, and there visitor area, or waiting area, is very well equipped with drinks such as coffee and water and various snacks. Also, there is free WiFi available while you're waiting for your vehicle to be readied.
