Thoughtful, respectful and very caring! The whole team was amazing and you feel like you're in the midst of a family when you're there. Johnny has even followed up a couple of times to make sure I'm happy with my vehicle. Wonderful experience!

Offered me $7000 for my 2014 Mini Cooper S Convertible when I wanted to trade it in on a new car. I sold myself on AutoTrader for $13000 in 2 days. Won't be back. Bought my dream Miata elsewhere. Ignore bullsh!+ response from Tom Roush! KBB TRADE IN value of my car in GOOD condition ( NOT very good or excellent ) was $11700 at the time. My car had never been in any accidents, had only a few scratches which I had buffed out for less than $100. I cleaned it myself before selling it. Facts are facts America!

After several other dealerships experiences, walking into Tom Roush Mazda was so inviting, calm and wonderful. NO pressure, great help, and no leaving me to speak to my manager routine. I was personally thanked by one of the managers for stopping by (and purchasing a car). Family owned and run businesses are truly the best.
