10 stars, seriously. I bought my Mazda from another dealer in town, and when I had a major issue (whole car shut down in traffic and gave me a "Hybrid Malfunction" warning), my dealer couldn't get me in for almost a week and couldn't provide me a loaner. I called Tom Roush and talked immediately to Nathan, who couldn't get me in that day but asked me to come by and hooked me up with a loaner. This was on a Friday and by Monday, I got a call that they had been able to identify an upcoming recall that caused the issue, and they fixed not only that issue but some other as-yet-unreleased recalls to save me another trip. When there was another issue with my wipers the next day, they got me in immediately while I waited and got it fixed. These guys know what they're talking about - I don't feel like they're just guessing with what the issues are, and they are so easy to deal with. I really wish I had bought from them in the first place, and would HIGHLY recommend them for sales or service.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Incompetent at each level from sales, and management. A simple sale, with a deposit placed almost two weeks ago turned out to be a complete waste of time. In addition to zero accountability, and follow up, they sent the wrong paperwork, and could not received emails. I thought things would turn around when the Sakes Manager strongly inserted himself, and promised to get this going, only made it worst. Who knew my first car, an 86 Mazda RX7, would be my last. Thankfully another dealership took and processed a sale in 45 minutes.

Absolute BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. Chanette from internet sales took all my information beforehand so I when I walked into meet Brent, the salesman, everything was ready to sign and move forward. Chanette and Brent both made this such a pain free, worthwhile experience that I would very highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I will never go anywhere else but Tom Roush Mazda when it’s time to get a new vehicle. Top rate employees!!!
