10 stars, seriously. I bought my Mazda from another dealer in town, and when I had a major issue (whole car shut down in traffic and gave me a "Hybrid Malfunction" warning), my dealer couldn't get me in for almost a week and couldn't provide me a loaner. I called Tom Roush and talked immediately to Nathan, who couldn't get me in that day but asked me to come by and hooked me up with a loaner. This was on a Friday and by Monday, I got a call that they had been able to identify an upcoming recall that caused the issue, and they fixed not only that issue but some other as-yet-unreleased recalls to save me another trip. When there was another issue with my wipers the next day, they got me in immediately while I waited and got it fixed. These guys know what they're talking about - I don't feel like they're just guessing with what the issues are, and they are so easy to deal with. I really wish I had bought from them in the first place, and would HIGHLY recommend them for sales or service.

The team was prepared- knowledgeable- and prompt! A complete video of my tech’s inspection of my car was sent to me via email which I truly appreciated. It will be a great baseline for future visits. All that & they got me out of there about an hour earlier than anticipated! Thank you Tom Roush Team!

After spending 30 minutes on the lot looking at their various vehicles, not a single sales person came out to greet us. After finding the vehicle I wanted to look at, the 2019 Mazda 3 hatchback in red with the grand touring trim, I went inside to track down someone that could help me spend money. The first thing I do when buying a car is to see what their service department is like. Poor service automatically means I will not be purchasing a vehicle from there. The salesperson I found was polite enough but my experience with him made me get in my car and leave the property. I simply asked him that I wanted to schedule service for my vehicle and how do I go about that. He told me the sales section of the business was not affiliated with service and I would have to leave, go home, and then go online to schedule maintenance. Really? No direction to a human I can speak with? No offer to take my information and have someone contact me? You want me to leave the property and go on the internet? Okay you just lost a $30,000 sale. I will never be back to this dealer.

I just took my (second) Mazda3 in for the first round of scheduled maintenance. Once again, the experience was great, the facilities are really nice, the staff was very friendly, the waiting lounge was very accommodating, the service price was reasonable. Not much else I could ask for =]

Couldn’t be happy with our sales person, Roger and sales a manager, I believe his name was Jim. The sales manger made sure we had whatever was available to us as far as incentives for the month of June before we were ready to sign the deal. Something we were not aware of at the time. He made sure we were and that saved us additional dollars. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for a car to look at Tom Roush dealership before buying a new car.
