Not very friendly staff... I own 3 Lincoln vehicles, went car shopping and NO HELP...that's what I wrote, no help. Not 1 salesperson came up to me to close the deal.

Johnny Much was a great salesperson and went the extra mile, literally.....he drove to our house to jump the vehicle we were trading in! He really new the car and treated us like we were his family. It was a great experience and was what sold us on the Mazda car. Btw we LOVE our cx-5. So fun to drive!

The sales staff are honest and transparent. They take great pride in customer service and are willing to answer any and all questions from customers. I've leased and now purchased cars through Tom Roush Mazda and can't envision going anywhere else for my car needs.
