The man you need to ask for is Freddy. No questions asked. He’s the absolute best sales associate I have ever worked with. I’m on my second car with Mazda and both times I worked with Freddy to purchase. I have never felt pressure to buy from him or mansplained by him throughout the purchasing experience. He truly has looked out for me and has always made sure I got the best deal. As long as I live in Indiana, Freddy is going to be my go-to guy for a car purchase. He goes above and beyond for his customers and I am so thankful that I met Freddy when I did. Go to him!

Marko Gruber & Jim Skinner were very helpful during my purchase process of my new 2017 Mazda CX-5. They weren't "pushy" and I didn't receive numerous annoying phone calls, emails, and/or or texts from them. Before we reached an agreement on a price for my vehicle, they seemed to be very honest and up front with my wife and I. I'm not the type of person that likes the process of going back and forth on pricing for a new vehicle, but Jim and Marko made the process easy and respected my opinions in regards to any bids I'd make for the car. Everyone knows a salesman likes to make a buck, but not every salesman makes the "Customer's Buck" their #1 priority. Tom Roush did that for me.

I dealt with Rodger Pitcock who like conversing with my favorite Uncle. He was knowledgeable, friendly and and gracious. Makes a great cup of coffee as well. I had found a car online and Rodger reached out and through non-pressure salesmanship was able to advise me and help my family get the auto we desired. Skylar was the financier and very cordial. Got us a reasonable loan with a bank we know and trust. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Brent was great to work with. He provided just the right amount of assistance balanced with time to discuss the decision on our own. Since this is my car I was the "real" customer and he understood that and worked directly with me. He was transparent on all costs and helpful in writing up the paperwork, and the contract process was handled well too.
