I had been in the market for a while until I spoke with Marvin Lucas and he actually listened to me and made sure I was getting everything I always wanted within a car It was his help and attention that made be more comfortable with my decision on trusting Tom Roush with a new car. If you ever need help Marvin should be the guy you ask for when you walk in.

I first saw the car while doing a search on Truecar in early February 2017 for a vehicle to replace my Volkswagen tdi when they would buy it back March 15, 2017. They was very willing to work with my constraints. Kathy was my initial contact. She responded promptly with detailed vehicle information and set up my test drive. My salesman Lance took my deposit and agreed to hold the car for a month until I could surrender my VW and receive my buyback money. When I decided not to wait for the buyback money and purchase the MKZ early it was scheduled within 2 days. I didn't really pay attention to the time when I got there, but I would say that the entire purchase took an hour or less with Brock, the Finance Manager. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and the vehicle.

I arranged for them to pick my car up for routine service and after a call for fear they forgot about me, Ryan was on his way. The turn around was quick. Scott was my service advisor. Communication from both was good. I did have to swing by the next morning because I was having trouble getting a new phone to work with Android Auto. I was in and out. Thanks Tom Roush!
