Mike helped me get a new car and was fantastic! He was never pushy and very easy to work with. We came in 3 different times to look at cars, then test drive, then test drive again and he was super helpful and knowledgeable every time. He made sure to walk me through all the new things/buttons on the car I wasn’t used to. Before I left I noticed a crease in the seal under my window and they made sure to make that right before I even left. 10/10

The Tom Roush Service Department is wonderful. Since purchasing our CX-9 from them last year, they have been wonderful fixing and maintaining our vehicle. Recently, we had a malfunction with the hatch not closing. We immediately drove it to the service department and they were able to quickly fix it, on the spot. The team is quick, professional and so easy to work with - something we appreciate and respect. We will continue servicing and purchasing from Tom Roush in the future!
