We just bought our very first new car and our experience at Tom Roush set the standard! We checked out cars on the lot we’d been debating between and were completely free to roam until we went inside where we were immediately greeted in the most relaxed way and made to feel welcome. Freddie was absolutely incredible to work with, answered our laundry list of questions so kindly, and we felt no pressure whatsoever. We left to think about it and returned about a week later where Freddie made everything happen. We couldn’t be happier with our new car or the great experience we had!

We really love our Mazdas. That's why we return to Tom Roush for service. The team is fast, reliable, and very friendly. I really appreciate the video of our car's critical service areas made by the technician. Tom Roush is not the cheapest, I'm sure, but you get what you pay for.

They took great care of me, honestly made the whole experience easy with no high pressure BS. Gave me what the market told me my trade was worth with a little haggling, but not a big deal. If you are a Mazda fan, I would recommend this place. Shop online first and contact the internet sales manager, Kathy Wessel. She will take care of you.
