This past September, I purchased a new cx-9. I actually did not buy it from Tom Roush due to another dealer luckily having what I wanted. However, I am using Tom Roush for service. I can only say I’m very impressed. The first service was reasonably priced and straightforward. The staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed the video update of my car’s service, and I waited very little in the pleasant and stocked waiting area. This my family’s first Mazda, and the service dept makes you feel like you own something special.

The Tom Roush Service Department is wonderful. Since purchasing our CX-9 from them last year, they have been wonderful fixing and maintaining our vehicle. Recently, we had a malfunction with the hatch not closing. We immediately drove it to the service department and they were able to quickly fix it, on the spot. The team is quick, professional and so easy to work with - something we appreciate and respect. We will continue servicing and purchasing from Tom Roush in the future!
