I recently leased a Mazda CX-30 from Tom Roush and I couldn't be more thrilled! Johnny Much was my sales rep and not like any car salesman I've dealt with in the past couple of years. Thoughtful, respectful and very caring! The whole team was amazing and you feel like you're in the midst of a family when you're there. Johnny has even followed up a couple of times to make sure I'm happy with my vehicle. Wonderful experience!

I want to share an excellent experience I had with an employee of Roush Mazda in Westfield, IN, last week. I was having trouble with my Apple Carplay disconnecting while I was driving. After trying everything I could including reading the manual, watching You Tube videos on the subject, and consulting two car aficionados I know, I decided to go to Roush Mazda and see if a salesman could help me. I remember when I bought my Mazda 5 in 2019, the salesman showed me how to use car play. Figured if anyone might know how to help me, it would be a salesman. Once hearing i needed help, Ryan Labellarte offered his time. I admitted why I was there and had no intention of buying a car, but he gladly listened to my problem. I explained I was leaving on a road trip by myself and I didn't feel safe with this problem occurring. Being 71 year old woman, who is not tech savvy, he had to take time to explain basic things while trying to resolve my problem. After 45 minutes with me, he did figure out the issue --- an issue with Siri. It was obviously not an easy task to diagnosis this problem. He was nothing but patient, kind, not patronizing, and was clearly interested in helping this clueless woman, I couldn't thank him enough; he just told me to have a good and safe trip. WOW! Most salesman would have been thinking "I could be selling a car" and thus give up and excuse himself. Not Ryan. He was determined to help me despite the time it was taking. This young man is destined to be successful. He is quite intelligent and cares about the customer. Tom Roush is lucky to have him on their staff! My next Mazda will be purchased from Ryan Labellarte!
