We purchased a New CX-5 a year ago. As for the buying experience that was to my liking. As for the service and taking care of a customer after purchase. Thats another story. The CX-5 has a lot of paint chips. We have 2012 Ford Fusion the does NOT have as many paint chips. Both cars are/were driven by my wife. The forums have several members that have stated the same thing. Some are lucky enough to have a dealership that helped them out. Tom Roush didnt help out at all. Just stated it was normal.

If you are looking to buy a new SUV: Go to Tom Roush Mazda and try a CX5. We've been driving Honda CRVs for years, and Mazda's doing SUVs as good or better than Honda (and the CX5's are just way cooler, IMO). And if you're thinking about a Nissan, go in and ask for Andre Kennedy. He was our sales agent for the CX5, and is so good he's been promoted to manage the Nissan operation at Tom Roush in Westfield. We are not certain if he ever sleeps. If you get any other vehicle, people might cover it with Post-It notes, and you don't want that to happen.
