Mike Heir is the guy! He worked with us to get a great deal. My wife and I are not quick decision makers at all. He stayed with us about 30 minutes after the lot closed on a Tuesday afternoon, let us take a car home for an overnight test drive, then came in Wednesday morning on his day off to finish the deal... a deal that originally was only going to be one car but became two cars overnight as there was also a car on the lot that my wife really liked! A couple of hours later, my wife and I drove away with a 2015 Ford Fusion and a 2015 Ford Escape. Mike has been in touch several times just to check on us and make sure we are happy. I would highly recommend Tom Roush!

A very friendly welcome and displayed interest in all questions and remarks by all persons I came in contact with. The 2013 Ford Escape Titanium vehicle was in like new condition and the sales person was attentive and rapidly took action on all comments and requests. The vehicle has been serviced and a Ford upgrade installed. The next visit will have the back lift gate adjusted to allow a proper fit and elimination of the "door open" message on the dash - the maladjustment was noted by the sales person immediately after I mentioned the message on the dash. What good customer service! The only remaining item is the second Fob for the vehicle which I have no doubt it will be found. I will be pleased to highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

The service department is terrible. They have attempted to charge me for two safety issues, claiming they were out of warranty. For the first issue, they refunded my money after verifying that it was covered under warranty. For the second issue, they wanted to charge me for "damage I supposedly caused to the circuit board." However, when I went to another Mazda dealership, they identified the actual problem, which was not the circuit board at all. Both times, I interacted with the service advisor, Scott. While he is polite, he seems primarily focused on making money. It’s deeply concerning and disheartening how they handle these situations. Out-of-warranty repairs mean more money for Scott. The commissioned environment is evident in their blatant disregard for customers who are under warranty. Unfortunately, this is the closest dealership to me, but I am willing to drive to other Mazda dealerships to avoid being scammed Edit: Adding to this review based upon the response. Mazda has already supposedly spoken to Service Manager Matt. I’m aware of your Google ratings - I can read. But I’m questioning if you can…seeing as how you’re unable to locate my last two records of appts where I was seen both times.
