This dealership is a real joke. I called from 50 miles away three times to tell them I am coming to buy a car and last time when I was 20 min away and when I arrived car was of course sold. Without apology just like that . Salesman name was Joshua and I don’t recommend buying car from this dealership.

My dad visited this week and the service team was very helpful. He kept harping on how nice the people were with helping him set up his phone in his car. Apparently “Skip” is the most helpful person he’s met this year, thanks for making our summer much easier.

Mike Heir is the guy! He worked with us to get a great deal. My wife and I are not quick decision makers at all. He stayed with us about 30 minutes after the lot closed on a Tuesday afternoon, let us take a car home for an overnight test drive, then came in Wednesday morning on his day off to finish the deal... a deal that originally was only going to be one car but became two cars overnight as there was also a car on the lot that my wife really liked! A couple of hours later, my wife and I drove away with a 2015 Ford Fusion and a 2015 Ford Escape. Mike has been in touch several times just to check on us and make sure we are happy. I would highly recommend Tom Roush!
