Overall good experience… I would still recommend however I would haven given 5 stars if I would have gotten two keys as promised. Instead after the deal was complete they advised it was only one when the tag stated 1of2 that was a little disappointing. Overall the experience went well and was easy and simple. Big shoutout to Garen Gibbs he was very helpful and attentive!!!

Fillip Beyl was great and very helpful. The finance manager was your standard finance manager and I am sure he did exactly what you wanted and got me to buy the overprice protection plan and talked me out ot taking the 2.9% for 60 months from Mazda and into taking $2500 at 5.64% for 72 months from CapitalOne which will cost me over $1000 in extra interest. I am sure you will get your kickback from the bank. He played the standard monthly payment trick and I was too dumb to ask for the out the door price. The car was not a bad price, same as all the other dealers. Next time I will just go to a local dealer or try buying it off the internet.

Jon was awesome. I feel everything was done very thoroughly and communication was great. We were given a very nice courtesy vehicle while our vehicle was being serviced and i am very pleased with how everything turned out. Will definitely have service done here in the future and hopefully a new car.
