The man you need to ask for is Freddy. No questions asked. He’s the absolute best sales associate I have ever worked with. I’m on my second car with Mazda and both times I worked with Freddy to purchase. I have never felt pressure to buy from him or mansplained by him throughout the purchasing experience. He truly has looked out for me and has always made sure I got the best deal. As long as I live in Indiana, Freddy is going to be my go-to guy for a car purchase. I always get great service at Mazda Tom Roush. The entire staff know me and treat me with respect and my car concerns get the fastest, most efficient service possible. The dealership is very comfortable to wait in while your car is being serviced as well. I love my CX-9 and bought it there 3 years ago! The sales team is also great!! This dealership has a long standing excellent reputation in Westfield and you shouldn't hesitate to go to them for any and all of your car needs.
