Tim was great to work with. Yes, they wanted to make a sale, that's their job. However, the difference to me, versus other dealerships I've worked with in the past, was that they actually seemed to care about us after the deal was done. Whether it's genuine customer service, or all part of the post-sales "act", both Tim, the sales manager, and our F&I guy wanted to make sure everything was clear for us; and that they wanted our business down the road. So to them, it was important to make sure this experience was great. I'd definitely give them a shot at my business again. One thing to note, be very clear on what your expectations are. I didn't have a lot of time to spend haggling, going over trade, APR, etc... I just told them point-blank I have great credit, expect a fair deal, and know what I can get from the banks, etc... They were very up front with me about how the work everything and did actually beat my bank's rate.

This was hands down our best car buying experience ever. Brent and Tarek made this a no pressure easy going sale. They surpassed all of my expectations going into Tom Roush. We never felt uneasy about anything while dealing with them. They did everything I requested and we drove off with the van. Definitely worth our 2 hour drive and will go back next time. Thank you!
