Tom Roush Mazda is an amazing dealership. When walking into the dealership, you are greeted warmly by all around and the atmosphere is relaxing. I really enjoyed working with Skylar. There was no pressure, he listened to what I wanted and he was funny, personable, and made my first car buying experience very pleasurable. Definitely recommend for firs time car buyers.

Due to an upcoming lengthy road trip in two days, needed to get the oil changed and tires rotated. On short notice, was able to get in and get it finished within an hour. Thanks to Brad and Mazda Service team for taking care of us so quickly!

Great Car - Horrible Sales Experience - test drove the Mazda 6 and really liked it but after sitting alone at the salesman's desk for 10-15 minutes to have him show up eating a bag of chips, ask 3 yes/no questions and disappear for another 10-15 minutes our shopping was done - when we went to get the keys to my car back, the salesman got downright angry at us. Not the experience we expected.
