Initially, I had a sales rep that I felt was not in my best interest of purchasing the vehicle that I was interested at a price that I was comfortable paying. So that caused me to turn away from Tom Roush for a couple weeks. Then I decided to call back to get another quote and was introduced to a much more friendly and passionate sales rep, Lance as well as Marc. Lance made my car buying experience a fun and easy one! My salesman was a young guy named JT and he was phenomenally friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions and helped get a few issues addressed on my new vehicle. Buying a car can be quite stressful, but JT's approach made it quick and painless. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
