I have driven lots of cars but the new CX-30 is a Cadillac, Lexus, and Tesla rolled into one. Really great experience.”

Car buying was excellent but getting them to cancel a warranty and refund gap there finance person skyler had kept saying would get back to me and yet to hear anything or receive my money

I see that you enjoyed the buying experience and we are pleased to hear that. I rarely see a 1 star review for any of our Tom Roush locations so I will work to get this resolved for you. EDIT, Aaron I reached out to our finance team and the refund has already been processed but the warranty company can take several weeks to refund your money as well as the Gap Insurance. I was advised that they have explained this to you but I do apologize since it seems their has been some miscommunication regarding the process. Someone will be in touch again to go over this for you. Thanks again for your feedback!

Excellent service, a great collection of cars, and super fast processing makes car purchase a great experience at Tom Roush. My sales representative Skyler helped a lot both to select the car of my choice, and made sure that everything got completed as soon as possible. Unfortunately they do not offer any competitive incentives, but their after-sales service is pretty good.
