Poor service and a definite lack of communication. Simple oil change and tire rotation was scheduled with expected wait time of one hour quoted. Year make model and engine information all provided while scheduling. After an hour and a half, I asked for an update… 15 minutes later I was told that they were waiting on an oil filter. No effort on their part to explain the delay or reason for the delay. I had to seek out the information. When talking with the scheduling person I had expressly stated that I had a time constraint and was assured that I would be out in plenty of time. I would have easily been able to schedule a different day if there was any concern on their part. I updated my rating based on promise on their part that future visits would be better. I have used their services in the past with a different vehicle and had wonderful service.

The team was fun and efficient. I lived far and they catered their schedule to work with mine. They were really busy but handled all customers well. I will be a returning customer.

I am usually skeptical when it comes to car dealerships or salesman, but I was pleasantly surprised with my buying experience. Lee was hands-down the best salesman I have ever worked with. The "extras" they offer for their vehicles are a great bonus too. I am disappointed that I didn't buy all my previous cars here!
