The folks at TRLM were not the typical pushy salesmen. It was a relaxed experience, with no pressure and easy to understand transaction. It moved at my pace. I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like I was being ignored or strung along. It kind of felt like I was dealing with my brothers.
