I also like the fact that he has followed up to make sure everything has been satisfactory of my expectations. Terrific and somewhat unusual experience with a service department. I'll make a long story short. Our car had a flat tire that could not be repaired. I live Chicago but my son was driving our car on his second day at a new job in the area. Since I had to buy a new tire, I figured that they would most likely recommend replacing at least 2 of the tires, if not try to sell me on an entire set. I gave the ok to order two, but Corey in the service department said I should be fine with just replacing the one. Both Dell and Corey were extremely responsive to our situation and more helpful than I could have ever expected.

We had our son bring his car in to have a splash shield replaced on his Mazda 3. The check of the car was excellent, the Dylan in the Parts Department treated him great and we are very appreciative. Great experience and great people!
