We tried the service at another Mazda dealer and were extremely dissatisfied. Roush Mazda is a bit further for us, but so well worth it. They treat us like we actually matter to them, and our 6 and CX9 leave there nice and clean.

Service tech was friendly and helpful in explaining an issue I was having with phone connectivity. Software upgrade was performed along with some other maintenance items. All good as of this post.

So took cx7 in for airbag and rocker arm recall said it also needs a tie rod.okay no prob honestly 200 is worth it just so I don't have to do it. Get it back and it's grinding on rotation of front driver side wheel. I'm 40 yrs old and been working on both new and older cars since I was 13. First they try to tell me it's dust on the tie rod, are you kidding me. Then they try to tell me a piece of rust fell between the rotar guard and the rotar, sorry not buying that either. Getting it back today so hopefully they had a little more attention to detail this time and it doesn't have to be taken back Monday. I think I'll be taking it back to Penske from now on.

When I came 45 miles out of my way to test drive a car that had literally just been sold, I was bummed...especially because that had happened to me just two days prior! <cue the harp music> Enter Becky. She was just the sales consultant I needed, and she was able to look outside the box, crunch some numbers, and I ended up with a more fully loaded, newer vehicle than I was going there to buy in the first place! Then, finance king Moe helped me understand a lot more about the financing process, and he ended up saving me thousands of dollars over the course of a shady loan that was offered to me by my bank (very low APR but had tons of hidden fees that would have made my payment more expensive than his loan with the slightly higher interest rate). His office was also very well sanitized—different baskets for used and unused pens, cleaning supplies readily available—which in these COVID times, is important. They both were most happy to stay with me way past closing to finish the deal, and when I noticed something a couple days later, all it took was a text message to Becky to rectify it immediately. Oh, and they gave me a great deal on my trade! Two thumbs WAY up to Tom Roush staff!
