My experience at Tom Roush Mazda was awesome. The service rep, Scott was kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He was not afraid to look back into the car's history to see what maintenance had actually been performed to avoid repetition. I am always greeted and treated with respect. It's worth the slightly out of the way drive to get there now after US31 changed a lot of intersections. The sales staff were all very helpful and friendly

My vehicle only required minimum service this visit and it was done within an hour. Communication is always prompt and courteous and I like seeing the video from the mechanic.
