Unprepared salesman who wasn't informed of the appointment by the dealership's internet leads person, who also neglected to mention she wouldn't be the one meeting with us. Tried giving him a chance anyway and he still pulled up a car that was the only color we said absolutely no to. Complete waste of time.

I stopped in for some emergency car work while in the area for Gen Con. With a tight schedule Tom Roush Mazda got the parts in and finished the repair before the long drive home. Friendly staff, nice waiting area and the work seems solid.

The five star rating by over 700 people doesn’t lie. I had a great experience buying my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T and selling them my 2013 Challenger SXT. The location and facilities are very cool to look around and check out their car collection. Their staff were the best part. Everyone I talked to were very nice and respectful. Ryan Loveless was the salesman who helped me out with the whole process and he did phenomenal job. He gave me his personal number and answered any questions I had directly. No complaints from my buying experience with them. Thanks for a great buying experience, I will see you guys again when it’s time for my next purchase!

When I went to look at the truck it was cold windy and rainy. I tried to look it over the best I could, looking for scratches and dents. Due to rain drops and weather I couldn’t really examine it that well. One thing that was obvious was the hood needed fixing. They said they would fix that, and it should only take a couple days. I traded in 2 vehicles plus added a significant amount of cash and purchased the truck. They kept the truck and gave me a loaner. After 3 weeks, the truck was finally fixed. When I went to pick it up, it was all cleaned up and ready. I did a walk around and noticed all kinds of little scratches and dents all over. I also noticed the back half of the truck was a different shade than the front, most likely from an accident repair I wasn’t told of. I would have never went through with the purchase had I seen all these things before. Maybe it was my fault because I didn’t say anything, but I thought I couldn’t really say much because I made the purchase already and it was over 3 weeks ago. Although they were very nice, in the end I just am not happy with the purchase that I paid way too much for.
