I want to thank Tom and the entire staff at Roush for the exceptional service I have received thus far. I came in looking for a mint, used 2017 Continental and I’ve been treated with nothing but the upmost respect from Tom and, for once, I felt like I’ve worked with somebody that didn’t put any pressure on me as I went through the process (not to mention how perfectly kept this continental with 5000 miles wise). Tom and his manager have been helpful from the beginning and I’m very excited to be buying a car my first Lincoln from this dealer. The timing made it such that it was difficult for me to get to the dealer on the day that I wanted to perform the transaction and the staff accommodated me perfectly so that I can get the transaction done smoothly and around my travel schedule. I’m very excited for the new dealership to open up in fishers near my home. Thank you to everyone at Roush. Rafael C.

Terrific and somewhat unusual experience with a service department. I'll make a long story short. Our car had a flat tire that could not be repaired. I live Chicago but my son was driving our car on his second day at a new job in the area. Since I had to buy a new tire, I figured that they would most likely recommend replacing at least 2 of the tires, if not try to sell me on an entire set. I gave the ok to order two, but Corey in the service department said I should be fine with just replacing the one. Both Dell and Corey were extremely responsive to our situation and more helpful than I could have ever expected.
