Kept me informed on the progress of oil change, although he did a tire rotation (without consulting me) until he was in the middle of it. I had just recently had that done, so he took 16.00 off my bill, but my issue was that I was only there for the oil change.

My husband and I went in to look at a model we were interested in and were not committed to purchasing on that day. However, Marvin Lucas was AMAZING. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't get discouraged when we said no to our first choice because we just couldn't get to the numbers we wanted.
